New Generation Fabric Dyeing Machine.

Special design and makes repeatable quality dyeing.

Water and electricity consumption is reduced.

– Fully automatic computer controller.
– Liquor Ratio: Works with 1 to 4 or 1 to 5.
– Provides high water savings with special software.

– Adjustable valve used in heating and cooling process for sensitive temperature control.
– Nozzle diameters are 140 mm, 168 mm and 220 mm. Nozzle position is controlled by linear actuator. Actuator procision is %1.
– J box available and covered with full size teflon plate.

– By using hot water preperation tank it is easily and faster taking hot water. %15 time savings per dyeing process.
– Soda and dye dosing is controlled by adjustable valve and high precision ratio. For solid salt seperate dosing line used.
– Flowmeter is available. Water consumption easily measure . Washing and water intake process can be managed.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Each inner reel has individual invertor controller.

Lineer actuator with 1% precision and easily adjust nozzle gap.

Nozzle diameters are, 140, 168 and 220 mm. Nozzle position is controlled by linear actuator.

Main body quality is 316-316L stainless steel. Body tickness 5 mm. Side tickness 6 mm.

Loading/unloading lids with pressure safety locking system.

Due to pressure vessel standards both mechanically and electrically 5 safety locks are available.

Available in 250 kg chamber machines. Ensures the fabric inside J-box properly.

Heating type  steam and cooling type water.

Filter avoids the fibres move to nozzle.

It doesn’t restrict the current circulation of the machine.

Compansator is available to prevent the thermal expansion.

Top and bottom parts are flanged. Easily removable.

Extra drain valve is available for discharging the water inside.

Increases the life of the heat exchanger by discharging the water inside before heating.
