POWERFLOW® CONTINUE WASHING AND DESIZIGN MACHINE

It is a continuous washing machine especially designed for knitted and woven fabrics.

It is used for desizing of woven polyester and woven nylon fabrics.

Working width can be manufactured up to 3400 mm.

Main body quality is 316-316L stainless steel. All surfaces in contact with chemical are 316-316L stainless steel. It can be manufactured from 304-304L stainless steel considering the chemicals to be used in the process.

Fully automatic computer controller.

Special software, machine completes the process with minumum water and chemical consumption.

Operation temperature 85°C.

Heat exchanger is available in each cabinet.

Padder rollers are covered with long-lasting rubber that has heat and chemical resistant.

The number of cabins can be adjusted as desired according to the process.

Each cabin has a filtered circulation system.

Automatic water intake system with flowmeter for each cabin is available.

Special chemical dosing system in each cabin is availabe.

The cylinder diameters, number and material in each cabin are determined according to the fabric type and process to be processed.

Cabins are level controlled.

There is an automatic circulation system and a washing system with nozzles.

Depending on the fabric type, the rollers inside the cabin can be manufactured as driven or idler.
