Turntable (Option) ; It is activated when twist opener can not feed the fabric and helps the twist opener by turning the fabric trolley.
De-Twister ; It is a system that detects the twist in the fabric and turns it in the direction of untwisting and reduces the tension in the fabric by pulling the fabric without tightening the rope.
Padders ;
The fabric is transferred from the transporting rollers to the impregnation tank with dancer rollers. If desired, the process can be done by wetting the fabric with hot water in the impregnation tank. After the impregnation tank, it is made into a balloon with the automatic balloon inflation mechanism.
Balloon diameter is automatically tracked. When the diameter drops, the system is activated. It closes itself when it reaches the ideal size. In this system, width and weight changes do not occur.
When the balloon is deflated automatically detects it and stops the machine.
